The Religious Formation Conference (RFC) is a national Roman Catholic organization serving religious institutes of women and men with programs and services for those in the ministry of initial and lifelong formation, and general congregational membership. The RFC originated in the 1950s and is of particular service to those in the ministry of incorporation/formation in their congregations, presently engaged in the process of incorporation/formation in congregations, and within all member congregations (ongoing formation).

RFC engaged Perisphere Media in 2016 to provide strategic assistance for several educational webinars to members and other interested participants from around the world. This technical consulting effort involved regular meetings with the staff of RFC to prepare and help in the promotion of the webinars, to facilitate practice sessions for the presenters using their third-party webinar service, and to provide in-person and off-site support during the webinar event. We ensured the smooth running of the webinars, responded to technical questions of participants, ensured each webinar was properly recorded and uploaded to a streaming video service for inclusion in RFC’s website archive for future access by members and others.
