Jesuit Conference (USA): Video Series
The Society of Jesus, or the Jesuits, is a Roman Catholic order of priests and brothers founded half a millennium ago St. Ignatius Loyola.
With 16,000-plus priests, brothers, scholastics and novices worldwide, they are the largest male religious order in the Catholic Church and serve as pastors, teachers, and chaplains, as well as doctors, lawyers, and astronomers, among many other roles in Church and society. They run retreat centers, parishes, campus ministries, and other specialized ministries.
In 2018, Jesuit Conference representatives contact Perisphere Media to assist with the production of a set of conversational videos and related materials to be used to guide group reflections within the Jesuit community on issues of importance in their community life and in their ministries. In that year and in the subsequent years, we have provided strategic planning, guidance and video recording and editing services from project inception, editing, and final production and distribution of the videos and materials, often in partnerships between the Jesuit Conference and other Catholic male religious orders. More recently, Perisphere worked with technical partners to produced videos which have also included English and foreign-language subtitles to make them more accessible in diverse communities in the United States and abroad.
The work done on these video projects, which run for about one quarter of the calendar year, highlight the broad capabilities of the Perisphere team to provide quality production over a set period of time at budgets which reflect the need of small businesses and nonprofits.
