Matt Smith has more than a dozen years of experience at interactive agencies and media companies. His expertise includes: project strategy and direction; advocacy and marketing campaign conception, execution and measurement; user experience planning/design; content strategy, development and migration; creative direction; WordPress CMS implementation and support; SEO/SEM strategy and execution; and web analytics. Matt has led digital engagements for the American College of Radiology, the American Public Health Association, Bernard Hodes Group, Lockheed Martin, the National Cherry Blossom Festival, Times-Shamrock Communications and the University of California-Riverside – as well as a number of small businesses and national nonprofits. He also has produced high-profile sports and entertainment events in partnership with NBC Universal and the top minor league affiliate of the New York Yankees. Matt earned a Master of Journalism from Temple University and Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Bonaventure University.
Marc DelMonico has extensive experience in web management and online communication strategy for nonprofit organizations. Attentive to the growing need for affordable, mission-driven emerging technology solutions, Marc has helped to bridge a knowledge and experience gap in a wide variety of Catholic, Christian, interfaith and secular organizations. He was the founding IT and web outreach coordinator for a national Franciscan Catholic social justice and public policy advocacy organization, and has enhanced the online presence of a multi-denominational national Christian social justice advocacy organization. He also works with a professional national Catholic lay ministry organization, providing ongoing website development and IT management services. He holds dual masters’ degrees in theology and ministry, and is presently a Ph.D. candidate in theology.
Mike Hayes has worked in Internet and technology companies for several years, gaining in-depth experience particularly in e-commerce, user experience design and online analytics. He’s had success with teams building software and web apps, and he has managed the development of mobile commerce products across all three primary mobile platforms (iOS, Android and mobile web). Mike most recently spent a year and a half as Product Manager at LivingSocial and is a graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, where his studies concentrated on the intersection of Internet technology, private business and international relations.
Diana LeRoi-Schmidt has fifteen years of experience making the web a better place to interact. Her career has enabled her to work with clients such as Martha Stewart, Ethan Allen, Canon, Hewlett-Packard, Tommy Hilfiger, TIME Inc, as well as several small businesses and non-profits. Using her skills and experience in design and development she has helped these clients best reach their audiences through the web and mobile devices. She continues to enhance her skills by keeping up with the ever evolving field of web design and development. She attends conferences and meet-ups; some of which have included “An Event Apart,” “Future of Web Design,” “Build Guild” and “WordCamps.” Diana earned her Associates of Science in Graphic Design from Mitchell College, and graduated magna cum laude.
James Olin has been working in the graphic design and multimedia industry since 1995. His experience and skill set include digital design, layout, photography, creative direction and project management. James earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Photography from The University of Miami. James began his career as a freelance graphic designer in college, then went on to become a designer for Starter Sportswear in New Haven, Connecticut. James’ next stop was as a designer at Colangelo Synergy marketing in Darien, Connecticut. After Colangelo, he worked as an Associate Creative Director for Response Marketing in New Haven, managing the creative team. James now works as a designer with clients looking to enhance their visual communication needs.
